The consultation will be handled differently depending on your project. You may already live or work in the place or maybe you are looking for a new place where to stay? Or you need assistance in redesigning your location? Each project needs to and will be be taken care of specifically and confidentially.

You already live or work in the place

The consultation is a 3 step process:

  • audit: the assessment of the external and internal environment gives information about the qualities of the qi. Roads, pathways, mountains, surrounding buildings, room distribution, orientation, ... are thoroughly checked to measure how they affect you and what resources your environement offers that could be used to your benefit.
  • recommendations: actions to be considered to enjoy better conditions of life or business. This information will be delivered to you the way we agreed on with you during the audit : second meeting, written or verbal report, plans, ...
  • follow-up: when implementing recommendations or at a later stage, you might come up with questions, a need to cross-check solutions, we will remain at your service. And we want to check with you that results were clearly obtained and your needs satisfied.

You are looking for a new place

This could be a new home or office, a site where to have a new building erected, ... The consultation is a 2 step process:

  • audit: the assessment of the external and internal environment gives information about the qualities of the qi. Roads, pathways, mountains, surrounding buildings, room distribution, orientation are thoroughly checked to appreciate how they affect the residents.
  • feedback on the qualities of the location. Is this site good for you? Will it help you achieve your goals and support your endeavours? We will share with you our conclusions to help you take an effective decision.
  • recommendations: when you'll have found the site that suits your needs, we will assist you in deciding how to arrange it to enhance all the available qis so that you can make best use of this new spot.

You are thinking of designing a new site or doing major renovation

You are going to build from scratch or you are thinking to undertake major renovation work? All projects differ, so there is no standard approach. Your needs are specific, the location is specific, we will provide you with a tailor-made process adapted to your context. The information we need

To proceed to the audit we will need the following:

  • plan of the premises,
  • external environment plans,
  • dates of birth of people concerned,
  • move-in date and building date,
  • dates of major events.

All information given to us will of course remain undisclosed to a third party. We have a strict confidentiality policy.
